Vadstrup 1771

Vadstrup 1771 is a family run holiday hotel in a unique and beautiful surroundings in a renovated former manor house to Brattingsborg Castle from the 18th century. In addition to nature and gardens, the hotel also houses gallery, café and farm shop.

Accommodation

The hotel offers holidays and weekend breaks, family holidays and short breaks in the period from Easter to October. The rooms are bright and simply decorated. The annexe offers a choice of two connecting rooms. All the rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Parking is free.

Café

The café offers light lunch dishes, offee and homemade cakes, a glass of wine or cool drinks, served both indoor and outside in the lovely garden with a view of the beautiful fields. Occasionally, the café is setting for events such as pop-up restaurant and wine tastings with wines from the site’s own wine cellar.

Gallery

The gallery houses a permanent exhibition and periodical exhibitions with different guest artists.

Shop
In the shop “Den Gamle Viktualiekælder” (The Old Larder) that previously housed salt cellars and butter grinder, is now a little shop with a selection Vadstrups own specialties, fine wine and oil and homemade bread.
