WINDSURFING/SUP-SPOT - Hejlsminde Harbour - near Kolding
Head to the Little Belt for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kitesurfing or windsurfing along the coasts of Kolding, Fredericia and Vejle. The east-facing shores provide flat water and favourable winds – great for both beginners and experienced riders.
The conditions at Hejlsminde Harbour are fitted for windsurfing so bring your own equipment and enjoy a day at sea.
The harbour has shallow water far from the shore and are suitable for beginners. The large beach has space for rigging and it is recommended to take a sailing trip around Brandsø. The harbour has a beach and a café.
This spot is a “blue flag” beach. In this period you have to consider the bathing guests. When blue flag the windsurfers/SUP/KITE has to move outside of the blue flag area.
