Alimentum
In 2025, Alimentum was awarded its first Michelin star. Both the plants and animals used in the restaurant come from its own farm, Lille Østergaard, where the ingredients are grown and reared with respect for nature. The result is a truly exceptional gastronomic experience, where the entire meal reflects Alimentum’s nature-focused ethos.
The restaurant’s owners have created a dining environment with a relaxed atmosphere in an urban style, incorporating various natural elements.
The name Alimentum means ‘food’ in Latin and is intended to reflect their simple approach to high-quality food, with a focus on hand-picked North Jutland produce, fish and seafood, and sustainability.
Furthermore, the restaurant has been awarded the Organic Dining Label.
