The route
The route goes from Aarhus Canoe and Kayak Club at Kystpromenaden 4, departing at 18:00 and out into the marina, where the procession turns around and sails to Dokk1. From there back again. There are two stops on the Lucia route, where they sing the Lucia song with the help of singers on land:
The first stop is at the Harbour Square at 18:45.
The second stop is at the Little House at the Harbour, Flemming Bamse Jørgensens Plads at 19:15. There will also be a prize ceremony for the best-looking kayaks!
You can also buy mulled wine, the Danish speciality ‘æbleskiver’ and hot chocolate.
