Sporet at Gråsten Nor
Enjoy a lovely walk along the hiking trail Sporet at Gråsten Nor, where you can experience the rich animal and plant life.
In May, you can enjoy the sight of around 60,000 flowering wild orchids in Gråsten Nor - the so-called May cuckoo plant. The May cuckoo orchid is very rare and therefore protected. The plant is therefore not allowed to be picked or dug up - but you are welcome to photograph it.
You can start your hike in several places, for example at the airfield (Dorotheadalsvej 11, 5960 Marstal) or at the car parks at Drejet (Drejet 4, 5970 Ærøskøbing). Along the route, you'll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature, rich bird and animal life and many exciting plants.
