Støberiet Konference- og Feriecenter is located in the former L. Lange iron foundry, which operated for around 100 years. Today, the site functions as a conference and holiday centre with modern facilities and visible references to its industrial heritage.
The centre is within walking distance of Svendborg town centre, the harbour and the natural history museum Naturama. The area offers shops, cafés, restaurants and a lively maritime atmosphere.
