Vækst is part of Cofoco's range of moderately priced, high-quality restaurants. The garden-like restaurant focuses on tasty veggies, the wines are light, and all in all, it gives the guests a certain summer-like vibe.

The trademark of the place is the two-story greenhouse, filled with flora and fauna, built inside the restaurant, transporting the guests into a sensation of a lush, green garden. And naturally, the greens and plants growing there are all used in the food.

The kitchen focuses primarily on creating mouthwatering dishes based on vegetables, but is in no way dogmatic, and surely loves a nice, grilled steak or a juicy piece of fish as well.
